Luxuriuos rental home apartment and ski lodge. Full home comforts in a relaxed and spacious ski chalet set in the high Andes, just one hour drive from Santiago, Chile.
Is located on Farellones, with panoramic views on three sides, is five minutes walk on road and five minutes drive from the ski base at La Parva or El Colorado (you can ski all the way back from here). Valle Nevado is a 15 minute drive but can be accessed easily on skis from either El Colorado or La Parva (needs a multi resort pass) .
The House is a four storey private chalet with total built area of approximately 690 square meters.
The lower and mid level Apartment, are available for rental, both are self contained, but can also be configured, if required, to work both together, for large groups, to create an 8 bedroom chalet.
Description of the Middle Apartment
- Four bedrooms each with attached bathroom (2 with bath tubs, 2 with showers)
- Large living room with dining area and open plan kitchen
- Large balcony facing South and West
- 8 person open air heated Sundance Spa jacuzzi on Balcony
- Central heating with individual room thermostat controls

Description of the Lower Apartment
- Four bedrooms with 3 attached bathrooms (2 with bath tubs, 1 with showers)
- Very large living room with dining area and open plan kitchen
- Large garden / terrace facing South and West
- 8 person open air heated Sundance Spa jacuzzi in Garden
- Central heating with individual room thermostat controls
- Log burning fireplace
- All double glazed storm windows
- off road parking area for 1 car - plus on street parking
Suggested maximum occupancy 8 persons
The Upper floor is usually close for the owner, but sometimes can be available (at extra cost) as part of the Middle apartment
Upper level living dining area and kitchen (but not owners bedroom suite)
No additional beds are included in this upper space.
Rates in US Dollars, per week (monday to sunday)
- Ski season is June 4th to July 8th and September 22nd to October 15th, 2010
- Peak ski season is from July 9th to September 21st, 2010
- Summer season is December, January, February and March,
- Low season is late October, November, April and May
Services included in rental price
Daily maid service (cleaning and making up beds) Bed linen and bath towels provided Electricity, water and local phone calls included in weekly rent
Staff and Services
Maid service is provided daily. The maid provides full housekeeping services and can assist in preparation of meals. The staff can also arrange grocery shopping (from Santiago) one or twice a week as required.
NOTE
- Minimum let is one week
- If availability still exists weekends can be booked from the Wednesday preceding the
weekend.
- Skiing and boarding are the main winter activities. Heli ski services are
available from La Parva and Valle Nevado. In summer mountain walking, climbing or
horse riding are available.
- Optionally available (when owners not in residence, at extra cost) as part of either Rental option a
Toyota 4Runner 4WD SUV Automatic 4.2 Big enough for 5 passengers and luggage in comfort.
