Policies & Procedures for Bookings
- All booking or cancellation must be send by E- mail info@andeski.com - reservas@andeski.com or by
Fax (56.2) 9195524.
- You must wait for confirmation of your request.
- For the booking you need to make a 50% deposit and the 50% rest is required to confirm the booking, it has to be all pre paid before your arrival.
- If the reservation is cancelled with 61 or more days before the expected check in. It will be refund the 80%.
The 20% has no refund for commercial operations.
- If the reservation is cancelled with 46 to 60 days before the expected check in. It will be refund the 50% of the booking.
- If the reservation is cancelled with less than 45 days before the expected check in. No refund will be provided, due to lost business opportunity.
- There is no refund for early departure or late check in
- There is no refund for weather conditions, snow conditions, travel incidents, accidents or for personal reasons. Either for some services include in the program, which ones you don´t take.
- If the Ski Resort has to do a late opening or an earlier end ski season for no snow, 80% will be refund, or it will be given the possibility to change dates for this season or to the next season.
- The hours for Check In - Check Out will be advised to all guest. Extensions beyond these hours will required an additional payment.
